Neuro-Incuisve Development Highlights
Gratitude Village
With the land under contract and due diligence nearly complete, this development is officially moving forward toward an August 2026 closing. Behind the scenes, Founding Members will collaborate with StudioCoHab architects during design charrettes this fall to shape the community's layout, Common House, and private homes.
The Grove at Cottonwood
Currently pre-leasing with the very first move-ins scheduled for August 2026, The Grove at Cottonwood is rapidly preparing to welcome its residents home. Developed in partnership by the Broomfield Housing Alliance and BlueLine Development, this 40-unit neighborhood will offer beautiful, deeply affordable rental homes crafted to promote independence, dignity, and deep belonging for adults with I/DD.
L'Arche NoCo
With construction complete on their first energy-efficient, universally designed home, L'Arche Northern Colorado is actively providing life-changing support where people with and without disabilities share life together. Now entering a $2.5M capital campaign, this intentionally inclusive neighborhood is ready to expand, eliminate debt, and forge new partnerships to build their next home.
Tall Tales Ranch
The developers have officially broken ground on this 28-unit neuro-inclusive apartment community, beginning an 18-month construction timeline. The property will feature twin residential buildings joined by a central clubhouse, with future plans already in motion to introduce a community event barn and an on-site coffee shop.
Trailhead Community
Having officially opened its doors in October 2024, the fully complete and occupied Trailhead Community is actively demonstrating a scalable vision for neuro-diverse housing. This building has a total of 81 accessible, universally designed condominiums and affordable rentals, creating a safe, independent, and deeply connected neighborhood for adults of all abilities.
Unity on Park
This Castle Rock property officially opened its doors in December 2024, this fully complete 42-unit affordable housing community is actively fostering connection and independence. Featuring a mix of studio and one-bedroom apartments, the property sets aside 20 units specifically for individuals with disabilities, all anchored by on-site live-in staffing and weekly community events.
Unity on Wolfensberger
Opened in April 2026, this 24-unit condominium community fosters connection, independence, and peace of mind. Featuring a mix of studio and one-bedroom homes, the development sets aside 14 units for individuals with disabilities, offering on-site live-in staffing, weekly events. The site is the home of Wellspring Community.
Verrbena
Currently under construction with an eye toward a August 2027 completion, this future 70-unit affordable housing community is bringing neuro-inclusive design to the Uplands Master Plan. Anchored by a 7,500 sq ft Early Childcare Center, the development sets aside 18 units for the I/DD community and is the first project in Colorado built to the Kelsey Inclusive Design Standards.
Willoughby Corner
Currently in its pre-development phase with construction scheduled to kick off in early 2027, this 32-unit rental community was planned in collaboration with neuro-inclusive consultants, the building will feature one- and two-bedroom homes alongside dedicated amenity spaces like sensory pods, a classroom, and a private patio with a custom walking path.
