Description

CedarRoot is a 17-acre community nestled in the heart of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, just 15 minutes from downtown Denver. Development is thoughtfully concentrated on 7 acres, while the remaining 10 acres will be protected under a conservation easement to preserve open agricultural land for generations to come. Across those 7 acres, 45 homes will be built in a variety of configurations, including 2-bed/1-bath carriage homes, 2-bed/2.5-bath flats and townhomes, and 3-bed/3.5-bath single-family homes, some with attached ADUs.

 

The residential side of the community is organized into three pocket neighborhoods centered around a 5,000 sq ft common house and a 10,000 sq ft Amish barn, creating a warm, connected village feel. At the far end of the property along 38th Avenue sits The HUB, a community-facing space offering programming and enrichment for people of all abilities, developed in partnership with local community organizations. CedarRoot operates as a buy-in model held by CedarRoot LLC, while the farm, agricultural land, and HUB are stewarded by its nonprofit arm, Rooted Collaborative.
