Your Voice Matters: Critical Survey on Housing and Related Supports for Adults with an I/DD
Your Voices Heard!
​Are you a family member providing housing and related supports to an adult with an Intellectual or Developmental Disability (I/DD)? Your experience is critical to helping us identify policies that need change.
We need your input now. Please take 8–10 minutes to complete our brief survey and directly help the Inclusive Housing Coalition advocate for appropriate housing and related supports for adults with I/DD.
Your responses will provide essential data to policymakers and leaders, creating solutions where they are needed most.​
Who Should Participate?

Parents, siblings, and guardians of adults with an I/DD who presently live at home.

Self-Advocates: Adults with an I/DD are also strongly encouraged to share their voice!
