Description:

Trailhead Community is a neuro-inclusive housing community where adults with and without intellectual and developmental disabilities live independently in their own homes while sharing a connected and supportive community. 

The development includes 81 homes consisting of a mix of for-sale condominiums and affordable rental units. The community was intentionally designed to support independence, accessibility, safety, and social connection. Features include universal design elements, accessible common spaces, clear wayfinding, and community-centered amenities that encourage meaningful interaction among residents. While residents may access outside support services of their choosing.

Trailhead itself is a housing community rather than a service provider. By combining independent living with intentional opportunities for connection and belonging, Trailhead demonstrates a scalable model for neuro-inclusive housing that benefits residents of diverse abilities, backgrounds, and ages.
