Mary Anderies
Mary has been involved in housing development since 1981. Since 1989, she has been the principal in a housing consulting firm, which works primarily with non profit organizations to develop housing for seniors and for persons with disabilities. The firm combines her housing and finance experience with a degree in Physical Therapy. A key interest is designing buildings to enhance the way people interact with their environment, facilitating personal independence and interdependence within a wider community.
Paul Brady, NCARB, AIA, LEED-AP, CGP
Paul got into architecture because it endlessly challenges both his creative and technical passions. As a Principal, Paul helps lead all aspects of Godden|Sudik Architect including firm operations, project design and management, and employee training. Paul specializes in residential architecture with a focus on multifamily and production housing. Paul has led projects that include multifamily and mixed-use projects from 2 to over 400 units, thousands of various townhome and production home communities, senior care projects, and several resort/hospitality projects. A graduate of the University of Southern California School of Architecture, Paul received his Bachelor of Architecture with a Minor in Urban Planning and Development in 2004. Paul is a LEED Accredited Professional, is a member of the American Institute of Architects, and is the past chairperson for the Denver AIA Housing Committee. In 2009, Paul was awarded the prestigious President’s Award from AIA Colorado for extensive involvement with the new Denver Zoning Code and named to Pro Builder’s Forty Under 40 in 2018.
